Our story

A Chicago-inspired kitchen, now on Bigg Market

Pigalos began in North Shields during Covid, from our head chef Aaron's fascination with Chicago pizza. We started as a burger eatery while we perfected our Chicago dough recipe, then TikTok and Instagram did the rest. Now you'll find us at Louie's on Bigg Market, in Newcastle city centre.
